UL LISTED FIRE-PUMP REQUIREMENTS

Nidec Motor Corporation fire-pump motors meet the following UL criteria:

• NEMA Design B performance per NEMA MG-1 standards

• Up to 500 HP

• Frame sizes 5813 and smaller

• CSA-390 Table 2 efficiency required for motors sold in Canada

• Safe stall times:

  • Minimum 12 seconds cold

  • Minimum 8 seconds hot

• 600 volts or below

• Maximum 1.15 service factor
